I really don't know how you do it!!! Your work is so impressive on many many levels and you just blow me away with every single piece you make.... <3333333333333333 I don't know how you envision such epic pieces like this one and can pull them off so nicely and put so much care into every last pixel ;-; I really do look up to you and am certain that so many others do! You're one of the best artists I know and am so incredibly honoured to have been friended by one of the greats ;-----; <333333333333333333333333333333 I still am to this day, really!!!

It seemed you've just improved and blossomed overnight, I always see you pushing yourself to the limits with your artwork and leaving your comfort zone, but this is just...... WOW~!!!!!!! <333333333333333333 You were ALWAYS an amazing artist but this is even more amazing! Seeing something like this is like... an Xmas present! I am loving EVERYTHING you have done with her!!! THE COLOURS for one! I seriously love earthy tones and it all looks so pretty together <33333 Even the sky looks very earthy with the slate-blus colour, and OMG that is one of the coolest backgrounds I've seen, but I'm getting ahead of myself, I'll talk about how much I like it later <333 Her red undertones really do help her live up to her name, and it gives the illusion of a dark, dusty red rose blossoming out of the ground!

Ahahaha OK one of the coolest things about Rose is that just about a hundred songs come to mind, especially on the Titanic OST <33333 One of the other ones that came to mind is Emilie Autumn's "Rose Red"-- the lyrics are kind of dark but it's about a girl who's forced to marry a prince she doesn't want to and escapes her fate, which TOTALLY gives me an idea for the story XDDD Plus the background music is VERY AoU, like it kind of has a commoner/peasant-ish feel <333 Ahahaha you should SO give her a listen, quite a few of her songs are kind of emo-ish but there's some beautiful Victorian and AoU-ish gems in there too <333333333333

And once again DAMN you have an eye for everything!!! I'm loving your work on the perspective which is something I can never seem to get right ;-; <333333333 Even the way you did the grass and hills show solid knowledge of perspective, LOVE IT LOVE IT LOVE IT <33333333333333

I'm loving the composition too, hehehe I see you totally used the rule of threes and your eye is just drawn to Rose's eyes, they seem to just ' pop' <3 Your eye is just drawn upwards to her face too, it's like her left arm, legs, and ponytail just point you to her face, like 'hey! Rose's face is right here!' XDD

OMG and that detail too!!! I'm so impressed by how you paid so much attention to her eyes and hair! I can see why her hair took such a long time! Like I said you put so much TLC into every last bit of work you do and it definitely shows! I admire just how much love goes into your work and it shows in your improvement between every last one of your pictures <33333333333333333

FIRST OF ALL, OF COURSE WE MUST START WITH THE BG!

Gah I love it, one can definitely tell it's the morning, in fact it's like the mornings we most commonly get over here-- quite misty and cloudy, with cool, dewy air <333 I can just feel my feet getting wet with dew walking through the grass and a bit of the shiver when the air's still cold, but like the summers over here usually get the clouds are going to clear up and it gets super hot! XDDDD I am SO loving the clouds, they're so perfect and overcast <3333333 They look so fluidy (lol) and almost like they've been painted on! Plus those hills, I am so loving the hills and the way you made them 'fade' into the distance, it's so beautiful and gives the impression of haze <33333333333333333333333 It reminds me of LOTR with the rolling hills, I bet she's standing right on top of one-- so secluded and peaceful, perfect for training on!

And the grass! OMG I AM SO LOVING THAT GRASS <333333 I don't blame you for using a brush; that would have taken forever to do by hand, and THAT IS SO BEAUTIFUL!!! I do so love the shades of brown and green, and the darker green and lighter blue patches here and there, it gives the illusion of depth and it's so observant of you! Grass isn't just green but literally hundreds of different shades; that's what's so cool about lighting <33333333 Looks like the ground is in need of a bit of rain, hehehe <3333 And the way you made the brush smaller as you went back is absolutely BRILLIANT <33333333333333333 Takes longer but it gives a very realistic landscaping effect <333 LOVEIT<33333333 And it looks so soft, perfect for lying down on! I can just imagine how it must feel <33333333333333333333333

And the shadows are so soft-looking, definitely gives the impression of a cloudy day! PERFECT<3333333333333333333333333333333333333 You shaded the whole thing so lovingly, in fact <333333 I'm just wondering, what did you mean by final shadings? Highlights? I think you're right-- it looks just perfect without the highlights but I love how you added the rim light to her body as it makes it ' pop' just like her eyes <3333 And it looks so three-dimensional, and the way her face isn't as shaded as her body makes her face stick out too and adds real dimension-- I LOVE IT <3333333333333333333333

Anyway... ROSE!!! I don't know how you do it but you always manage to draw her so beautiful and she's so hot too, I can see why the guys love her so! I think you're especially good with legs, they have the curves in all the right places <3 Boobs too! I can't draw boobs right but you most certainly can! And of course we have to mention those infamous hands that give so many ppl trouble-- but not you!!! You're so amazing with hands... gah I love them <3333333333333333333333

The staff looks so cool! And you're so right, Stephen would so give her a training staff but she'd master it immediately, she'd be working with a sword within the year I bet, but she'd still be a huge fan of the staff because it's just more fun that way. I love how the colours fit in with the rest of the picture-- it's all so earthy and jkdsjk GORGEOUS <33333333333333333333333

And the hand holding the staff, and the arm-- PERFECT!!! It's not one of those bulky guy hands, it's a slender and feminine female hand, and I love how sinewy the hand and wrist look, like it's evident that she works out and trains frequently but she's not, like, DEVOTED to it XD She's got the perfect amount of softness to help her keep that feminine feel to her, so she's just like one of those athletic warrior types XD Her entire body looks so strong and beautiful, and like I said I am especially digging those legz <3333 Ahaha it looks like all of your girls love showing sum leg thur XDDDDDD

And that outfit is <333 B E A U T I F U L <333 No really! It's PERFECT!!! It's the perfect mix of everything about our universe-- it's girly!!! I totally love the skirt and the pink edges, and the off-shoulder sleeves! The belt is so cool too, I love those belted tunic tops <3333 The boots too! The length is very stylish and feminine but the overall style of it is nice and suitable for training, but not overly dirty and scrubby XDDDD GAH and the way the skirt flares out is just jKDjkla <333333333333333333333 It's so stylish with the overall design and colour coordination, I could imagine Rose would have her mother's eye for fashion! It's sexy too! The short skirt and off-shoulder sleeve definitely show off her assets nicely, I bet she has very nice shoulders and she'd tend to meet some not-so-nice guys who'd try to get her to take it off (but her dad would wind up getting his revenge if they even look at her funny XDD) And the skin-tight leggings make such a nice touch too! The outfit is PERFECT for training and very tomboy-ish, the bold subdued hues definitely suggest 'tomboy' and are perfect because dirt doesnt show on it hehe XD And it helps her fit in with the more common folk and suggests her strength-- the outfit is very much the embodiment of Rose and I always see her wearing those types of clothes (she wouldn't take too kindly to nice ones XD) And her earrings are so pretty toooo <3333 Can't imagine those would be suitable for training in but I see her wearing them anyway to be stylish XDDDD

And her HAIR!!! Awwwwwwwww <333333333333333333333333 First of all that's the perfect shade for her, just plain black was pretty but the dark red is definitely more realistic, shows she has a bit of her mother in her too <3 And DAMN I don't know how you can put so much effort into every strand of hair like you do, it just wows me every time and no amount of words can describe how EPIC it is! It looks so cute tied back, too, but nothing beats having her hair down! She'd so wear it down and a certain boi would just go nutts over it XDDDD

And of course the beautiful girl adorned with all that!!! <3333

GORGEOUS!!!!!!!!!!!

Besides the obvious of her beautiful shapely yet strong hands and body, I am so lovign the pose! She's strong, she's confident, she's HAPPY, optimistic, simply the perfect girl! She seems so modest but brave, and definitely has a large heart full of kindness and courage, but also has that air of mischief to her <33333 She loves to train with the sword and finds it useful but also knows how to have fun, and that's the important thing!

And of course her face is BEAUTIFULLLLLL <33333 Just like the one who drew her <33333333333333 She looks so carefree and gorgeous just like she should be! Also I am SO loving her lovely pink lips, they remind me of bubble gum <33333333 OMG AND THE SHINE DETAIL IS JUST <3333333333333333333333 You keep on surprising me my dear DOT! And the nose, I love how you're making noses less anime-ish but at the same time keeping your own stylistic flair to it, same with face and eye shapes! Speaking of eye shapes I LOVE HER EYES!!!!!! Not only do her eyes seem to ' pop' but the blue suits her more than green! It fits her hair better I'd say <3333333333333

All in all she is so beautiful and it's nice to see you draw her, and your work is getting more and more impressive each time you upload something, I only wish I could do something as impressive as you do!!!
